	Dr. Gururaj Karajagi, M.Sc., Ph.D, Chairman, Academy for Creative Teaching (ACT), Bangalore. www.act.edu.in He has to his credit over 22 research papers in International journals. His areas of interest include Creativity, Creative & Critical Problem Solving Skills, Communication skills, Motivation, Work ethics & Human values. He has conducted more than 400 training programs in India & abroad for educational & corporate organizations.
	Dr. Ashok Shettar, M.E., Ph.D (IISc), Principal, BVB College of Engineering and Technology, Hubli. www.bvb.edu His areas of expertise are - Strategic Planning and Industrial Development, Total Quality Management in Education and Role of Industry-Institute-Society Interaction in Regional Development
	Mr. V Ravichandar, MD, Feed back Consulting Pvt.Ltd, Has done PGDM from IIM Ahmedabad. A well known Marketing Consultant. Earlier he was a member of Bangalore Task Force.
	Ms.Sheila Hooda, Senior Managing Director, TIAA-CREF, New York Has done PGDM from IIM Ahmedabad and MBA from University of Chicago Graduate School of Business.

	Mr. R.N. Tikot,Dharwad -CEO, Founder Member, Vidya Poshak. Has done Post Graduation in Statistics and PG Diploma in Computer Applications. He has been serving the student community for more than 20 years. He is also a well known student counsellor and career guidance expert. He is committed to allround development of studies.
	Mr. Pramod Kulkarni, Bangalore -Director, Vidya Poshak, Has done Post Graduation in Statistics and PGDM from IIM Ahmedabad (1979-81). He is one of the founding members of India’s well known NGO called PRERANA. He set up Prerana to promote lift irrigation for small and marginal farms. Later he also founded “SAATHI”, another NGO involved in assisting the street children to be brought to the social main stream. Till date "Saathi" has rehabilitated more than 5000 street children.
	Mr. Vijay Kulkarni, Bangalore -Director, Vidya Poshak Has done MSW from Tata Institute of Social science, Mumbai and NTP from IIM Ahmedabad. He was a banker before working as a Director of a NGO, 'RUDSET'. Has also worked with BASIX Micro finance institution as Associate Vice President.

Matching Grant Programme:

Vidya Poshak joins hands with several institutions intrested in implementing its various programs. Vidya Poshak has taken up Nurture Merit program in collaboration with the following institutions sharing 50% of the total financial assistance rendered to the students.

1. RPD College, Belgaum.

2. SDM College of Engg. & Technology, Dharwad

BVB College of Engg. & Technology, Hubli has joined hands with Vidya Poshak in assisting the students by way of waiving away a portion of the college fees.
