Various training programmes are organised for students, teachers and volunteers on soft skills, personality development, English language improvement, analytical skills, career guidance, etc. depending on the need.

Recently, training programmes were organised at Jadhavji Education Society’s degree college, Athani (dist. Belgaum) for students and teachers to train them in communication skills, adaptability, spoken English skills, analytical skills, ethics in education, career planning, etc. For the first time, the students of this college attended a campus interview and 13 of them got placed in various companies of repute.

For the benefit of volunteers and staff various training programmes are arranged. During 2007-08, training programmes on "Volunteerism and service", Analytical skills and carrier guidance were arranged for volunteers. For the staff, a training programme on "Emotion Management" was organised. Various other training, programmes on Psycho Analysis , Motivation are planned for the year.

Several training programmes were organised for the teaching community also. Teachers were trained on "Ethics in Teaching", Career Options, Analytical Skills, Communication Skills, Spoken English Skills, etc., so that they can impart knowledge to students in an effective manner.

In November 2005, Progeon Limited, trained 160 lecturers from 56 educational institutes and 20 volunteers from Vidya Poshak at Infosys facilities at Hydrabad for two weeks. Training covered Language Enhancement/Communication and Analytical skills. Lecturers, in turn, trained their students studying in final year of degree courses. A total of 2153 students attended the training in their respective colleges.

367 students got selected for Progeon Ltd., Bangalore, through Job fairs conducted at Hubli, Bangalore, Bagalkot, Gulbarga, and Bellary. Another 100 students got selected through other participating companies.
