1. Vidya Poshak plans to train 160 Teachers from 20 colleges of North Karnataka in various fields such as Functional English , Life Skills and Analytical Skills

2. Ten camps are planned to train 500 students akin to the two short duration camps conducted.

3. Through expansion of Graduate Finishing School concept, Vidya Poshak intends to train 500 students and increase their employability.

4. Plan for more Matching Grant programs
